10 Effects of Global Warming Brochure
I was tasked to create a brochure explaining the “10 ways/effects of…” I chose the 10 Effects of Global Warming. For this design, I created simple, handmade illustrations of glaciers, which continue to shrink as you near the end of the brochure to give the reader the illusion of global warming happening right before their eyes.

A challenge I faced with this project was laying out the pages in a way that would balance out the imagery and the text. Since my goal was to shrink the glaciers towards the end, I had to draw the two significant extremes, the large glacier at the beginning and then nothing at the end. The large glacier made it difficult to include a lot of text. To resolve this, I had to figure out where the negative space would be biggest based on the position of the glacier.
